General Surgery Residency - Categorical Position

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Department of Surgery will be accepting applications Thursday, January 28-Wednesday, February 3, 2021 ONLY for a PGY-3 categorical position to begin training on July 1, 2021.

Prerequisites:

Qualified applicants must currently be, or have completely training as a PGY-1 and PGY-2 General Surgery resident, in good standing at an ACGME accredited residency program.

Applicants are required to submit the following:

• Curriculum Vitae (must be in chronological order with no unexplained gaps in training)
• 3 current Letters of Recommendation (one from current or most recent Program Director)
• Medical School Diploma
• Medical School Transcript
• USMLE Step 1-3 Certified Transcripts (Step 3 if applicable)
• ACGME Case Log Defined Category Report
• Current ECFMG Certificate, if applicable
• Current ACLS, ATLS, FLS and FES certifications, if applicable
