Welcome to MedResidency.com (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, including any subscription-based features (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By registering for a membership, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Membership & Subscription Plans

We offer digital access to open residency positions via the following membership plans:

  • Monthly Plan
  • Quarterly Plan (3-months)
  • Annual Plan (12-months)

All plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Full access is granted based on the selected plan and remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. Billing & Payment

Billing is securely processed by Stripe.com, a globally trusted payment platform. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the chosen plan at the recurring intervals associated with your subscription.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to be transparent and fair. Please review our policy below:

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • No additional charges will occur after cancellation.
  • Access to premium features continues until the period expires.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital access, all payments are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Charges: We’ll refund any mistaken multiple charges.
  • Billing Errors: If an error occurs on our end, we’ll investigate and provide a refund if necessary.
  • Technical Failures: If our platform fails to provide access for an extended period, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date to be eligible for review.

5. User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Share, resell, or distribute access to our content or tools;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its functioning;
  • Misrepresent yourself or your affiliations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service, including listings, data, visuals, and text, is owned or licensed by MedResidency.com and protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in placement in a residency program.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
  • All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our platform.
