Pediatric Radiology Fellowship

The Pediatric Radiology Fellowship is a one-year, comprehensive educational experience involving all pediatric imaging modalities, including CT (16-64 detector), MR (1.5T and 3T), ultrasound, fluoroscopy, radiography, nuclear medicine/PET-CT and interventional procedures.

Fellows gain experience in advanced techniques of pediatric imaging including fetal MR, cardiovascular imaging (CT and MR), MR urography, MR enterography and MR cholangiography. They also gain experience in neuroimaging, including spectroscopy, diffusion tensor imaging, tractography and functional brain imaging and digital 3D image rendition and processing. The fellowship emphasizes technique and radiation dose optimization for specific imaging tasks.

Prerequisites:

Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs, IMGs)

We encourage foreign medical graduates to apply for our fellowship. Please note, to be considered for a fellowship position, you must have passed the USMLE (Steps 1, 2, 3, CSA and TOEFL), have ECFMG certification and be eligible for a Limited Medical License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

How To Apply:

Please do not submit documents other than those listed below. If you deem other documents necessary (e.g., medical-school transcripts, USMLE score transcripts, residency rotation reports), we will contact you and request the specific documents. We do not require the Universal Fellowship Application Form.

You may send your application documents separately as long as you only send the required documents.

• Personal statement: State why you are interested in this fellowship opportunity and in pursuing a career in Pediatric Radiology. Do not exceed one page, use single space and either Arial font in size 11 or Times font in size 12 with one-inch margins. Send as a PDF.
• Letters of recommendation: Send as a PDF
• Photo: Send a photo of yourself (preferably one just above the shoulders).
