Prerequisites:

All applicants must have successfully completed a PGY-1 year internship at an ACGME program by the start date of 7/1/2023.

Interested applicants must submit the following items via email in one single PDF file. Phone calls/ faxes will not be accepted.

• CV;
• Medical School Diploma,
• Transcript and Dean's Letter;
• USMLE/Comlex Part 1, II and III,
• must pass by 2nd attempt);
• Personal Statement;
• Three letters of Recommendation including one from program director;
• Absite Score;
• Valid ECFMG certification for FMS's.

Only J1 Visa's accepted and International Medical School graduates cannot of spent more than 12 weeks outside the country of his/her medical school unless the medical school is listed on the approved schools in New York State. Applicants selected for interview will receive an email with an invitation to meet program director and a GME application for further consideration.
