The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Department of Surgery is now accepting applications for:

• 1 PGY2 categorical General Surgery Residency position
• 2 PGY2 preliminary General Surgery Residency positions

Remarks:

Training Start Date: July 1, 2020

Application Deadline: February 10, 2020

Prerequisite:

Qualified applicants must currently be, or have completed training as, a PGY-1 General Surgery resident in good standing at an ACGME-accredited residency program.

Requirements:

Applicants will be required to submit the following:

• Curriculum Vitae (must be in chronological order with no unexplained gaps in training)
• 3 Current Letters of Recommendation (one from current or most recent Program Director)
• Medical School Diploma
• Medical School Transcript
• USMLE Step 1-3 Certified Transcripts (Step 3 if applicable)
• ACGME Case Log Defined Category Report
• Summative Competency-Based Evaluations (to date)
• Milestone Evaluation(s) for current academic year, if applicable
• Current ECFMG Certificate, if applicable
• Current ACLS, ATLS, FLS and FES certification, if applicable
