• A letter of interest, which includes your reason for requesting transfer
• Curriculum Vitae
• 2 letters of recommendation (one from the program director)
• USMLE Steps I, II; Step III score if taken
• Valid ECFMG Certificate, if applicable
• Medical School Performance Evaluation (Dean's Letter)
• Name and contact information for your current program director

*Please note that NYP only accepts J-1 visas.
