Pediatrics Residency Position

The Pediatrics Residency Program at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County in Chicago has an opening for a PGY4 Position for a Period of 6 months during the the academic year 2020-2021 . This position is being offered to individuals that require additional training in order to become Board Eligible and it is a paid position. This position will provide supervised practice experience of at least 6 months in an accredited ACGME Program.

Our Residency Program was first accredited by the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) in 1927, and we continue to offer high quality pediatric education to residents. John H. Stroger Hospital is the only public safety net hospital in the city of Chicago, IL, and the Department of Pediatrics provides general and subspecialty care to all infants, children, adolescents and young adults without regard for the ability to pay.
