Postdoctoral Fellowship in Pediatric Psychology

The Department of Psychiatry at IU School of Medicine offers a 1-year postdoctoral fellowship position in pediatric psychology, with an emphasis in Consultation Liaison and Pediatric Pain.

Fellow time is equally split between Riley Hospital’s multidisciplinary the Riley Hospital for Children Psychiatry Consultation Liaison Service and Pediatric Pain Clinic (with possibility of an elective in pediatric psycho-oncology or pediatric GI psychology). Clinical training focuses on developing a specialized expertise in pediatric psychology and pediatric pain psychology.

Prerequisites:

Applicants should have:

  1. a doctoral degree conferred from an APA-accredited program in Clinical or Counseling Psychology,
  2. completed a pre-doctoral internship or anticipate completion prior to beginning of the fellowship. Experience in pediatric psychology is preferred.
