General Surgery Residency

Nassau University Medical Center Department of Surgery has openings for one PGY 2 Categorical Position and two PGY-2 Preliminary positions.

Prerequisites:

No more than 5 years out of medical school -Foreign Medical Graduates:

• Must have a current valid certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG)
• At least 1 year of US clinical experience in Surgery required in an ACGME accredited program
• We only accept J-1 visas
