Diagnostic Radiology Residency

The University South Alabama (USA) Diagnostic Radiology Residency has an unexpected opening for a diagnostic radiology R2 (PGY3) position with a start date of July 1, 2021. The successful candidate will have (1) completed an ACGME-accredited clinical internship and (2) either completed one year in diagnostic radiology from an ACGME-accredited diagnostic radiology residency program or have eligibility for one year credit from the American Board of Radiology for prior training in nuclear medicine.

Interested applicants must submit the following:

• ERAS application or comparable CV,
• personal statement,
• copy of their medical school diploma,
• copy of their internship completion diploma/certificate,
• a copy of their Dean's letter,
• and three letters of recommendation. One of the letters of recommendation must be from their radiology or nuclear medicine residency program director.

Transcripts from medical school must be sent directly to our program director by the medical school. A USMLE transcript must be sent directly to our program director from the USMLE.
