General Surgery Fellowship Positions

Unaccredited General Surgery Fellowship at Queens Hospital in NYC has 3 open positions starting June 29, 2020.

Fellow will function as a senior resident both in and out of the operating room and help run our General Surgery service. Fellows will sit for the 2021 ABSITE exam. Fellows will be mentored. Recent General Surgery residency program graduate who needs a bridge year prior to starting fellowship, more operative experience or help passing their board exams, will also be considered.

1. Completion of 3 years of General Surgery residency training in the United States. (This is a strict Queens Hospital Medical Board requirement to enable you to get hospital privileges).
2. Ability to get a New York State Medical license or limited permit

5. No J-1 visas sponsored.
