General Surgery Residency - Preliminary Position

Virginia Mason Medical Center Surgery Residency Program in Seattle, WA is recruiting a preliminary PGY-2 for the 2020-2021 academic year, which starts July 1, 2020.

Applicants should email the following in PDF form (one e-mail if possible except for LOR's):

• Expected completion of PGY-1 year in General Surgery in ACGME accredited program by June 30, 2020 in good standing (letter of good standing from your Program Director)
• Midyear milestone report and rotation evaluation report
• ABSITE Scores of at least 30th percentile (1st pg of report only)
• Current ACGME operative case log report
• USMLE1 and USMLE2 or COMLEX
• 3 U.S. LOR’s including current program director
• Updated CV, Personal statement, medical school diploma, transcript, and Dean’s Letter
• Proof of US citizenship, or eligibility to live and work in the US
