The Department of Pathology is pleased to offer an ACGME accredited fellowship in Pediatric Pathology. We accept individuals who aim to practice in academic medicine or community practice. We now have 2 fully funded fellowship positions per year.
The goal of the Pediatric Pathology fellow will be to gain competency, proficiency and diagnostic excellence in the practice of Pediatric Pathology.
As defined by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), “Pediatric Pathology is the practice of pathology concerned with the study and diagnosis of human disease manifested in the embryo, fetus, infant, child and adolescent.”
The fellowship is a one-year training program. We accept 2 first year fellows per year.
