Infectious Disease Fellowship Position

We are seeking to fill an unexpected vacancy for a 1st year Infectious Disease fellow at the Vidant Medical Center/East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine.

This is an ACGME-accredited 2 year program leading to eligibility for Infectious Disease Subspecialty Board Certification. Vidant Medical Center is a 983-bed tertiary referral center for eastern North Carolina, and through the East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine Infectious Disease Division. This program is clinically focused, extensive in- and out-patient experience covering a broad range of infectious disease problems. Fellows have dedicated time for clinical microbiology, antibiotic stewardship, infection control, a research project, and includes an option for a dedicated solid organ transplant rotation.

Prerequisite:

Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residence with Board eligibility.
