Community Medicine & Leadership Fellowship

The Kaiser Permanente Community Medicine and Primary Care Leadership fellowship based in Santa Clara (CMLF-Santa Clara) is designed to train Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to become leaders in community medicine and primary care education, with the goal of enhancing care across all of the communities we serve.

Prerequisites:

Those eligible to apply will have completed residency training at an ACGME-accredited residency, prior to the first date of work as a fellow. Applicants who have not completed an ACGME-accredited residency by the start of the fellowship will not be considered for the position.

How To Apply:

Applications will remain open through Spring 2025 or until site positions are full. Candidates invited to interview will be notified and provided a schedule for their interview day.
