Interventional Urology Fellowship

The Smith Institute for Urology at Lenox Hill is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual for an Interventional Urology Fellowship position available from July 1, 2021 for a period of 12 months.

The supervisor for this position is Dr. Ardeshir Rastinehad. The fellow will focus on all aspects of prostate imaging, image guided oncology, interventional radiology techniques, endourology, laparoscopic, and robotic urologic surgery. The goal of this fellowship program is to teach the requisite cognitive and technical knowledge and procedural skills needed to perform interventional urology. This includes indications and contraindications for the procedures, pre- and post-procedure care, management of complications, and analysis and interpretation of the hemodynamic and laboratory data.

Prerequisite:

The applicant must be American Board of Urology Eligible or Certified.
