The Department of Population Health Sciences offers a two-year ACGME-accredited Residency in Public Health and General Preventive Medicine program that strives to produce leaders in modern public health, either to pursue careers in academia, healthcare policy or advocacy.

The ideal candidate for this program is a residency program graduate who is looking for additional training in preventive medicine (i.e., in Pediatrics, Medicine, or Surgery).
