The neuroendovascular CAST-approved fellowship is designed to develop an expert level of technical skill and clinical judgment, as well as to promote the field through research, innovation and education.
Wake Forest is a comprehensive stroke center with three full-time NES faculty (two dual-trained neurosurgeons/neurointerventionalists and a neurointerventional radiologist), a dedicated cerebrovascular surgeon and a dual-appointed neuroanesthesiologist as part of a 12-member neurosurgical faculty.
