Dermatopathology Fellowship

Geisinger's Dermatopathology Fellowship has seven dedicated dermatopathologists involved in teaching our fellows, and an excellent case mix of inflammatory dermatoses, tumors, and immunofluorescence.

Our large case volume of more than 50,000 dermatopathology specimens/year provides for development of excellent diagnostic skills. We have dedicated staff in clinical dermatology and surgical pathology actively engaged in teaching our dermatopathology fellows and we welcome applicants with background in either dermatology or pathology. The dermatopathology service is housed in a new, spacious, state-of-the-art laboratory, and is vital and growing. We believe our combination of high volume, love of teaching, and service excellence make for an outstanding fellowship.

Prerequisites:

Applicants must be board-eligible or board-certified in dermatology or pathology.

• dean's letter,
• transcripts,
• USMLE board scores and three letters of recommendation one of which should be from your program director. Application deadline is July 30, 2021, for academic year 2023-2024.
