Pediatric Residency Position

The University of Missouri Pediatric Residency will be offering a Health Informatics track for one position for the Fall 2021 recruitment cycle to start July 1, 2022.

The unique aspect of the Health Informatics track is the integration of the University of Missouri Executive Master of Science in Health Informatics (MSHI) throughout the course of pediatric residency training.

The Executive Master’s program utilizes predominately online and self-study education in addition to in-person instruction for one weekend per month. The pediatric training curriculum will accommodate the MSHI coursework for Health Informatics while still meeting all ACGME rotation training requirements for pediatric residency in 36 months. The program will consider the master’s degree coursework as part of duty hours.
