HPB and Foregut Surgery Fellowship

This is a one year research fellow position open in a high volume surgical practice with two fellowship council accredited positions (HPB and Advanced GI). Funding will be partially compensated through grants received as available and partially self funded.

The research fellow will take part in ongoing clinical studies largely dealing with outcomes research supervised by Dr. Rohan Jeyarajah. Topics of research include foregut, HPB, and endocrine surgery as well as surgical education. The fellow will also participate in the clinical conferences and journal club that the residents and fellows on the service participate in.

Prerequisites:

Eligible applicants should be a US citizen or green card holder. - Those who have completed medical school or are current surgical residents with the ability to take a dedicated research year will be considered.
