Movement Disorders Fellowship

The Department of Neurology at UNC Health Care offers a one-year fellowship in Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders.

The fellows will receive focused training in the diagnosis and management of patients with various movement disorders including: Parkinson’s disease and parkinsonism plus syndromes, tremor, focal and generalized dystonia, Huntington’s disease and other choreas, Tourette’s syndrome, tardive dyskinesia, myoclonus, and other rare disorders associated with abnormal movements.

Prerequisites:

Applicants must be Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or have equivalent certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
