• Medical school diploma
• Medical school transcript
• MSPE (Dean's letter)
• USMLE Transcript (a first-time pass on both exams is required)
• Personal statement
• ECFMG certificate (if applicable)
• Milestones evaluation reports
• Defined Category Case Log Report
• 3 letters of recommendation - 1 from current Program Director– can be sent as separate files in a separate email
• ABSITE Score Reports
• IMG¹s must provide copy of valid ECFMG certification
