Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship

The Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) is one of the major Harvard-affiliated teaching hospitals and is the home for the three year ACGME-accredited Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency Program.

Our one-year emergency ultrasound fellowship is designed to provide mentored training for graduates of emergency medicine residency programs to become leaders in the field of emergency ultrasound. The program was approved by the BIDMC GME office. We are accredited through the Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship Accreditation Council (EUFAC).

Prerequisites:

Applicants must have completed residency training in Emergency Medicine and be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

How To Apply:

A complete application must include all of the following documents:

  • Letter of Interest
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Three letters of recommendations (one letter must be from residency program director or current department chairman)
