Vascular Surgery Fellowship

A newly ACGME accredited Vascular Surgery fellowship program based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, is seeking to fill an open fellowship position to begin training in July 2021. The AMITA Health Vascular Surgery fellowship is part of the AMITA Health Consortium, providing diverse training in Chicago and Chicagoland area. We are looking for a PGY5 resident to fill a position outside of the match for July 2022.

Prerequisites:

Applicants are required to have successfully completed an ACGME-approved five-year general surgery program by the start date of the program.

To be considered for a position beginning July 1, 2022, applicants will be required to submit a CV, 3 letters of recommendation, and a personal statement.

Acceptance in the program will be determined by the selection committee, and applicants will be notified in writing.
