Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Research Fellowship

The Hansjorg Wyss Department of Plastic Surgery is seeking a surgical resident to fill a full-time clinical/translational/basic science research position in plastic surgery. The trainee will be working under the mentorship of Dr. Eduardo D. Rodriguez* and Dr. Daniel Ceradini**exploring different areas of plastic surgery, particularly craniomaxillofacial allotransplantation, craniofacial surgery, facial gender-affirming surgery, and microsurgical reconstruction.

In addition to research, fellows will have the opportunity to participate in weekly didactic educational conferences, cadaveric dissections, micro-surgical and flap courses where they will learn about the latest plastic surgery techniques and have access to plastic surgeons in various specialties. Fellows will have opportunities to attend local and national meetings. These meetings will be funded during the time of the fellowship. The program accepts one or two total applicants per cycle.
