Diagnostic Pediatric Radiology Fellowship

Diagnostic Pediatric Radiology Fellowship

The Diagnostic Pediatric Radiology fellows progress through all major modalities under full-time staff supervision. These include plain radiography, fluoroscopy, cross-sectional body imaging, including computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and ultrasound (US), with system-based practice neuroradiology, musculoskeletal radiology and cardiothoracic imaging. We also offer dedicated time in nuclear medicine and interventional radiology.

During these rotations, the fellow sees extensive pediatric pathology and develops clinical skills for evaluating sick children, recognizing normal variants, and effectively interacting with patients, parents and referring physicians. Daily work schedules and emergency call allow the fellow to gain experience in performing procedures under staff supervision.
