Integrated Primary Care Fellowship

The Department of Psychiatry at Indiana University School of Medicine is currently seeking applications from highly motivated, team-oriented candidates for a 1–2 year psychology clinical and research postdoctoral fellowship in Integrated Primary Care.

The fellowship will be housed within the Changing Health Outcomes through Integrated Care Excellence (CHOICE) program. CHOICE is specifically designed to provide high quality and accessible behavioral health services to the IU Health primary care population (across the lifespan) in four large primary care practices in the greater Indianapolis area.

CHOICE provides integrated psychiatric and psychological consultative services, as well as individual and family psychotherapy via an integrated psychology service. Integrated primary care psychological services are in great demand given the mental health provider shortage in the state of Indiana and across the country. This postdoctoral fellowship will provide fellows with the training and experience necessary to pursue a successful career in integrated primary care.

Prerequisites:

Candidates are required to have a PhD/PsyD in Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field of Psychology, or be a doctoral candidate in good standing in an APA-approved graduate school training program in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.

Candidates must also have completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship in Clinical Psychology prior to the start date of the fellowship.
