Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Pediatric Urgent Care Fellowship Program is now taking applications for our 1 year, unaccredited, Pediatric Urgent Care Fellowship Program. We are hiring for 2 positions, starting in July 2022.

Prerequisites:

Applications for consideration should demonstration successful completion/ on track to successful completion of an ACGME accredited Pediatrics or Family Medicine residency program.

How To Apply:

Interested and qualified candidates can apply by emailing the Program Administrator, Ms. Christina Ash ([email protected]) and providing the following documentation:

• Updated and complete CV
• LoR from current/ recent Program Director (if currently in training or if completed training within the past year)
• LoR from department/division leadership (if completed residency training program more than a year ago)
• ECFMG (for graduates of foreign medical schools)
• Copy of Medical School Diploma (must be clear and legible)
• Copy of Residency Training Diploma (must be clear and legible)

* Additional documentation may be requested for candidates invited to interview
