Our overall objective is to train outstanding academic vascular medicine specialists who have the potential to become a national leader in vascular medicine, mentor others, and ultimately lead his/her own vascular medicine training program. At the completion of the Vascular Medicine Fellowship, the vascular medicine fellow will fulfill level 3 requirements for vascular medicine.
The Vascular Medicine Fellowship program will provide the vascular medicine fellow with a comprehensive clinical experience complemented by didactic lectures and conferences, and supported by a multidisciplinary faculty and appropriate facilities to become a successful vascular medicine physician.

Candidates are eligible for training in vascular medicine if they have completed internal medicine residency (board-certified or board-eligible); or an internal medicine subspecialty, such as cardiovascular medicine, hematology, or other relevant subspecialty. The length of the Vascular Medicine Fellowship is 1 year.
