UCLA offers a one-year Heart and Lung Transplantation Fellowship to Board Certified/Board eligible Thoracic Surgeons. The cardiac transplantation fellow experiences all aspects of heart transplantation, including patient selection, pre-operative and post-operative management, as well as training in harvest and implantation techniques.
Applicants must have completed a general and cardiothoracic surgery residency and should apply at least one year in advance of the July 1st start date.
A California Medical License is required.
