General Surgery Residency

PGY-4 General Surgery Resident: The fourth year surgical resident is becoming a recognized leader in the department of surgery. In addition to being immersed in the technical aspects of general surgery, the resident is devoted to participating in the total management of the surgical patient.

Good Morning, Due to an ACGME-approved program expansion, the Massachusetts General Hospital Program in General Surgery has an available PGY-4 position available for AY 2022-2023.

• Medical school transcript
• ABSITE scores
• Updated CV
• USMLE transcript
• Current operative case log summary
• List of rotations
• 2-3 letters of recommendation

• Visa status, if applicable

Applicants will be required to provide a letter of recommendation/evaluation from their current program director prior to final selection.
