The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Department of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery is seeking a Burn Fellow for Academic year 2022-2023.

The Johns Hopkins Burn Center with its Michael D. Hendrix Burn research Center is a regional burn center drawing from Maryland and surrounding states. There are over 600 acute burn admissions per year & 200 other related conditions. It has nationally recognized program of comprehensive care for patients with injuries and their late effects including an international burn reconstruction program. The fellowship is a one year position of clinical and research activity within the Johns Hopkins Burn Center. It will provide the fellow outstanding Johns Hopkins quality educational opportunities from the experienced faculty.

Prerequisites:

The fellowship is available to physicians who are board eligible in either plastic or general surgery or those who have completed three years general surgery training. Exposure to adult, critical care & burn reconstruction will provide each fellow with an exceptional opportunity.
