Acute Pain Medicine and Regional Anesthesiology Fellowship

The Division of Regional Anesthesia and Acute Perioperative Pain Management utilizes state-of-the-art regional anesthesia techniques as the major component of a multimodal approach to acute pain management.

The mission of the division is to provide the highest quality of acute pain control to all of our patients and consequently improve patient outcomes.

Prerequisites:

Medical Licensing Examination:
All applicants must successfully complete United States Medical Licensing Examination Step 3 prior to the start of the program. Applicants must have a current and valid Florida medical license or must be eligible to be registered upon appointment.

Postgraduate Training:
There is postgraduate training required in the form of a successfully completed ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency and good standing in the prerequisite program.
