The Neurocritical Care Fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine is a United Council of Neurological Subspecialties accredited two-year program.
Started in 2007, the program has expanded from a core faculty of three to six full-time neurointensivists. Our faculty has chaired or organized important neurocritical care-related activities including the Neurocritical Care Research Conference, the Neurocritical Care Research Network, PRINCE study, ALISAH study and biennial Moyamoya disease conference. We also manage a large telestroke/teleneuro ICU network inclusive of 11 hospitals.

Fellowship candidates should have completed training in an ACGME approved program in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics before they join our fellowship.
