Penn Medicine has one available position for Lower Extremity Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship. The fellowship runs from July 1 through June 30 each year.
The Penn Lower Extremity Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship provides a very active and broad based program with exceptional experience in basic and advanced reconstruction of the foot, ankle and lower extremity with combined integration of training by Plastic Surgeons that uphold a prestigious international reputation in reconstructivemicrosugery. This fellowship is conditionally recognized by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and offers an in-depth, comprehensive hands on experience with pre-operative, treatment planning, operative experience and post-operative care of patients with congenital, acquired and traumatic defects. Drs. Kovach, Serletti, D’Angelantonio, Kanchwala, and Fischer are all acknowledged leaders in their fields, and have very active practices, as well as carrying out clinical and basic research.
