Children’s National Hospital is delighted to announce that enrollment has opened for our Urgent Care Fellowship for the academic year 2021-2022 in Washington, D.C.
The fellowship is a one year program which prepares physicians for a career in pediatric urgent care medicine as excellent clinicians, administrators, academic thinkers and leaders in the field.
Fellows will achieve the goals and objectives of the program through:
We aim to produce well-trained, academic urgent care physicians who will be easily employable at the end of the fellowship in any urgent care setting.

The Urgent Care Fellowship offered by Children’s National Hospital is best suited to recent pediatric residency graduates or general pediatricians looking to work in a high acuity, fast-paced environment with an interest in academics.
Interested candidates must have completed an ACGME-approved residency in pediatrics and be board eligible/certified. Candidate must be able to obtain a Washington, D.C., medical license.
