Established in 1991 and ACGME accredited since 2007, our fellowship welcomes nine fellows each year. We are the largest ACTA fellowship in New York, and our hospital is among the best cardiac centers in the region and in the world.
With over 2200 open heart cases performed per year and a busy thoracic service, our program provides fellows with the opportunity of a challenging, stimulating and rewarding experience, in the heart of one of most vibrant cities in the world.

Individuals interested in the fellowship program must have successfully completed an ACGME –accredited residency training program in Anesthesiology prior to the start of the fellowship.
