The Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell School of Medicine at Staten Island University Hospital Pediatric Residency Training Program is seeking a qualified PGY-2 resident to begin immediately. The New York City program’s educational experiences are designed to develop the competencies and skills needed to practice high quality community pediatrics. Our 24 Pediatric residents develop sufficient familiarity with the various pediatric subspecialties to participate as effective and productive team members in the care of chronic and complex pediatric conditions.

A PGY-2 salary is $77,000.00 in addition to four weeks of paid vacation, a $1,800.00 housing stipend and $1,000 meal allowance.

Prerequisites:

Applicants must have completed a year of residency training in Pediatrics and be in good standing in an ACGME accredited program.
