Endoscopy Research Fellowship

Endoscopy Research Fellowship

The Digestive Disease Institute at Virginia Mason offers a one-year fellowship opportunity for concentrated experience in endoscopy research, focusing on academic output/publication. The fellowship provides dedicated time to help construct, maintain, and use robust databases for the study of endoscopic topics, to apply outcomes data to provide a foundation for improving quality of patient care, and to focus on retrospective and prospective chart review studies, complementing ongoing clinical research.

Supervision and mentoring will be provided by Andrew Ross, MD, Fellowship Director, and other faculty members who are part of the Digestive Disease Institute care team and are experts in the treatment and research of digestive disease.

Prerequisites:

Applicants to the Endoscopy Research Fellowship must have an MD degree or equivalent. Non-native speakers of English must take and submit TOEFL scores that meet minimum requirements.
