Welcome to the Advanced Urology Fellowship Program in the department of urology at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville. We believe that compassionate, timely and high-quality academic urological care is vital to successfully serve the residents of Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. The goal of this non-standard fellowship is to allow urologists to develop the knowledge base, clinical and surgical skills to practice advanced urology in the areas of urological oncology.
Our curriculum is based upon a minimum of one year with the fellowship, with the opportunity to extend to a maximum of three years. The first year will focus on advanced urology, including urological oncology, endourology and reconstructive urology. The second and third years of training will be tailored to the fellows’ interest, allowing for further subspecialization into one of the aforementioned focus areas.
