Virginia Mason partners with the University of Washington’s Department of Gastroenterology to serve as a site for a UW-Virginia Mason Gastroenterology Fellowship. With its emphases on quality patient care, research, and a strong commitment to education, the Digestive Disease Institute makes Virginia Mason an ideal center for gastroenterology fellow training, offering an experience with significant exposure to advanced therapeutic endoscopic procedures that is unrivaled in the region.

The UW-Virginia Mason Gastroenterology Fellowship offers fellows a combination of inpatient consultative services and outpatient endoscopy/clinics. The goal of the fellowship is to complement the unique strengths of the UW and Virginia Mason, enhancing current collaborations and attracting top GI fellows and internal medicine residents.

Prerequisites:

Fellows must be second or third year fellows at the University of Washington.
