Global Health Fellowship

The Division of Community and Global Health Equity in the Department of Internal Medicine is offering a one-year post-graduate fellowship. This fellowship is open to any individual who has completed a residency in Internal Medicine and who is searching for an opportunity to learn and contribute to the growing field of global health.

The Rush Global Health Fellowship, or RGHF, is a one-year fellowship with the following goals:

  • Develop fellows to become life-long leaders and advocates in promoting health equity locally and globally
  • Provide opportunities for service and learning in the areas of communicable and non-communicable diseases, social medicine and systems of health care delivery in under-resourced populations
  • Prepare the fellow for a career in global health and academic hospitalist medicine

  • To be considered for the program, please complete the Global Health Fellowship Application.
  • The deadline to apply is December 31, 2020.
  • Applications will be reviewed and candidates interviewed on a rolling basis.
