ADHD & Learning Differences Psychology Fellowship

We are seeking a postdoctoral fellow with a strong foundation in interventions research, digital health and/or school mental health. The one-to-two-year fellowship is designed to prepare the fellow for licensure in psychology and pursuit of a tenure-track position in academia.

The fellow will have a leadership role in a randomized controlled trial funded by the National Institute of Mental Health evaluating a digital health enhanced organization, time management, and planning skills intervention for middle school students (PI: Melissa Dvorsky, Ph.D.).

The fellow will participate in:

• Data analysis and preparing scientific outputs including publications and presentations
• School consultation supporting school mental health providers who are implementing the interventions
• Facilitating focus groups with school/community stakeholders
• Conducting diagnostic assessments
• Assist with supervision of graduate and undergraduate students and staff

Opportunities for publications and grant writing are available and encouraged. The fellow will have the opportunity to publish manuscripts from project data as well as access to multiple large longitudinal and treatment datasets focused on attention, behavior and psychosocial functioning in children, adolescents and emerging adults.

Prerequisites:

• A Ph.D. in clinical, school, educational or developmental psychology, education, public health or related discipline by the position start date
• Clinical/research experience conducting diagnostic interviews
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
