Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship

Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship

Our Pediatric Pulmonary fellowship program here at Phoenix Children’s Hospital has 2 open positions that we are looking to fill for July 2023.

Phoenix Children’s Hospital (PCH) is a 433-bed freestanding, large tertiary care center located in Phoenix, Arizona. Our 7-member pulmonary division is well-established and very active in cutting edge clinical care, medical education, quality improvement, patient safety, and advocacy. Our faculty are involved in many regional and national pulmonary organizations and are very active in mentorship. Our hospital has a large pediatric residency program and fellowships in several other divisions, providing a unique opportunity for teaching and learning across all stages. Located in Phoenix, where fellows would have opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities while learning and providing care to a vast number of pediatric patients with both simple and complex pulmonary conditions.

Our program is a 3-year program offering experience in the inpatient and outpatient settings along with allotted time for research endeavors. Fellows participating in the program will have additional access to electives including but not limited to sleep medicine, allergy/immunology, NICU and PICU. Fellows would also be required to participate in research during their tenure at PCH. We are primarily a consult service and provide well over 700 consults for inpatients annually and see well over 12000 patients in outpatient clinics annually.
