General Surgery Residency - Categorical Position

Mayo Clinic in Arizona has an open position for a PGY-4 resident for the 2022-2023 academic year beginning on July 1, 2022.

Prerequisites:

To be eligible for the PGY-4 position, the applicant must have completed PGY-1, PGY-2, and PGY-3 positions in AOA- or ACGME-accredited general surgery residency program and be in good standing.

1. Updated CV
2. Medical school diploma and transcript
3. USMLE transcript
4. Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE)
5. Rotations you have completed
6. Rotation evaluations
7. Case log (defined category report, endoscopy report, critical care report)
8. ECFMG certification, if applicable
9. Letter of recommendation (at least 3, including one from program director)
