General Surgery Residency - Categorical Position

The Residency in Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center is seeking a highly qualified resident to fill a PGY-4 categorical vacancy beginning July 1, 2023.

One of our current senior residents is switching to an integrated plastics position, leaving us with an unexpected opening.

Prerequisites:

Applicants must have completed three years of ACGME-accredited surgical residency training in good standing by June 30th.

US citizens, Permanent Residents, and J-1 visa holders with more than two years remaining are welcome to apply.

3. Three letters of recommendations including one from current/most recent Program Director
4. ACGME Operative Case Log
5. ABSITE scores for each Post Graduate Year
6. FES and FLS certification if completed
