General Surgery Residency-Preliminary Position

Zucker Northwell – Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City has two preliminary PGY-2 positions available starting July 1, 2023.

Prerequisites:

All applicants must have successfully completed a PGY-1 internship at an ACGME-approved surgery program by the start date.

How to apply:

Interested applicants must submit the following items via email. Please condense files as much as possible into one document:

• Current CV;
• Medical school diploma;
• Medical school transcript;
• 3 letters of recommendation, including one from current Program Director;
• USMLE Transcript (a first-time pass on both exams is required);
• ABSITE Scores;
• Personal statement;
• ACGME General Surgery Year 2 Minimum Report;
• IMG's must have valid ECFMG.

Only complete applications will be considered. Letters of recommendation may be sent separately if the applicant has waived the right to see them.
