Psychiatry and Medicine Clinical Research Fellowship

The Psychiatry and Medicine Clinical Research Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai is focused on training critically needed postdoctoral scholars from a variety of disciplines, including psychiatry, medicine and psychology. The goal of the training is to enhance innovation in the field of psychiatry and medicine — also known as psychosomatic medicine or consultation-liaison psychiatry. Fellows will acquire skills in hypothesis formulation, research methodology, statistical analysis and manuscript preparation and will participate in ongoing research with faculty.

The fellowship program is under the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences. The mission of the department is to deliver high-value, integrated psychiatric services that fundamentally improve the health and quality of life of our patients. We seek to engage patients and their families to participate in their treatment, to remove psychological barriers to healthy living and to promote wellness. Prerequisites:

Applicants must have an MD or PhD degree by the time their fellowship begins.
