Transplant Nephrology Fellowship

We offer a one-year clinical transplant nephrology fellowship, accredited by the American Society of Transplantation. Fellowship graduates are eligible to be a UNOS-approved medical director of a kidney and/or pancreas transplant program.

Including inpatient and outpatient care for all types of solid organ transplant recipients, education and patient-centered research. Faculty members serve as mentors and role models in clinical care, education, professionalism and research. Fellows are evaluated and receive feedback on these qualities at regular intervals over the year with the goals of improving the fellowship training experience and directly supporting their ongoing professional development.

Prerequisites:

Candidates are considered and accepted on the basis of their overall qualifications

  1. US board certified or US board eligible in Nephrology
  2. Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Washington
  3. Work Authorization - J1 Visa, Permanent Resident or US Citizen (No H1B visas)
